The user should make sure when selecting a BU on the BleuSheet Approval Request Form, it is identical to the selected BU start page.

In this example the selected start page was KAA F1 and the selected BU on the form was KSSA.

History message on the form:

* System Rejected INCORRECT BU (KSSA)!

HOW TO RESOLVE:

1) Open the form (in EDIT mode)

2) Select the correct BU (must be equal to the selected BU Start Page)

3) Select the "Submitted" status field

4) Save the Form

These actions will restart the approval cycle.
