SharePoint is a powerful tool for document management and collaboration. It allows users to create, edit, and share files with ease. However, sometimes mistakes happen, and a file or item is accidentally deleted or changed. Before we begin, it is important to understand what versioning is in SharePoint. Versioning is the process of keeping track of changes made to a file or item. Each time a change is made, a new version is created. This allows users to go back and view previous versions of the file or item.
