FYI, Microsoft Teams now enable user to share audio in meetings while sharing screen.

 

You may do it by Select Share Share screen button in your meeting controls show in the picture below :

 


Then, you need to toggle the icon "Include System Audio" show on the picture below, and then you may share your audio to all the participant in the meeting.
