Team members who utilize the Vault can go in and use structured and controlled processes to both modify and obsolete existing documents. 

Previously, if you needed to change something within the Vault, your only option was to publish a completely new document, and then request that the old one be obsoleted, which was a manual process that had to be performed by IT.


Since 2021 you can use the below SharePoint and Power Automate functions to perform these processes yourself.
