Since 2021 VAULT users can go in and use the structured and controlled processes 

to both modify and obsolete documents that are published in the VAULT,

using the buttons available under "Training & Tips".

This Modify and Obsolete is not available for White Paper, but only for the following Record Types

To request access to the "MODIFY DOCUMENT UPLOAD" and "OBSOLETE DOCUMENT FORM" buttons, you have to create a helpdesk ticket!!
