To resolve the issue described in the mail below, you'll have to:
1) Make sure the named file is not locked for shared use anymore.
2) Open the Request Form with the mentioned ID in EDIT mode
3) SAVE the Request Form
The Power Automate Flow will run again and the missing metadata will be automatically entered in the Approved DOCs Library.
