Service Request: 

How to request for Acrobat Products.

Solution:

1. Submit a ticket in Freshservice and follow the link below:

    https://kemin.freshservice.com/support/tickets/new

2. In the Freshservice ticket Subject, indicate the Adobe License that you need to install on your PC.

3.  In the Freshservice ticket Description, indicate the Cost Center to charge for the Adobe License purchase.

3. Attach the email from your direct Manager approving of the Adobe license purchase.

4. Click the Freshservice ticket Submit button to complete the Service Request.

5. Once the purchase has been completed, you should receive a similar email below and start using the Adobe Product.
