How to check old emails (more than 2 years)

1) In Outlook click on "File":

2) Click on "Account Settings:

3) Double click on your accont, than choose how many years you want to be synced:

4) Restart Outlook (close and open) ad wait till sync has finished, it can took a while, based on how many data he needs to syncronize
