How to obsolete a KN Blue Sheet from LIVE. : Kemin Industries

To be able to fully obsolete a finished product from the LIVE library, the Blue Sheet can't be in maintenance mode.

If not in MAINT, a button will be available under the RESTRICTED DELETE column (only for certain users) to archive the document.

If the user needs access to KN Archive Blue Sheets, the user must be in the "KN Active BS" AND "KN Active and Archive BS" access groups.

The user must be a run-only user on "(SPS) KN Blue Sheets - Move to ARCHIVE button"
