ISSUE:

There are times when Outlook gives you a notice that you are already reaching the maximum allowed storage size of 99 GB for your mailbox. When you hit the 99 GB for your Outlook mailbox, you will no longer be able to send or receive email anymore.


SOLUTION:

You can do a manual archiving of your current emails and move huge emails to your Online archive.


STEPS:


1. Look for your Online archive. Your can see a similar Online archive as shown below.


2. Highlight the Online Archive and right-click your mouse. You can then create a folder or just simply use the existing folders on the Online archive for moving huge emails from your Outlook Inbox.


3. Goto your Oultook Inbox and sort emails according to email size.


4. Highlight the huge emails and drag the emails to your created or designated archive folder in the Online archive to move the emails.
