Background:

Every year, the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) is conducted.  The participation & opinion of all  the employees are very important and this includes our Manufacturing Assistant's (MA). PCs must be readily available to allow our MAs to access, attend the EOS exercise & complete the survey.

Solution:

1. IT will  prepare 4 Laptop PCs for the EOS exercise which will be used by the MAs.

2. The Laptop PCs will be connected to WLAN via Kemin-visitor SSID.

3. The MAs will login using their own Kemin email and password to access Office365 and Outlook Webmail 365.

4. Once the MAs have access their respective Outlook Webmail 365, they can search for the EOS email to start & complete the survey.

5. Once the survey is completed, the MAs can then log off from Office365.

6. IT will be on standby for technical support and assistance for the EOS exercise.
