  • Live reactions: Attendees can react to your presentation with emojis such as clapping hands, thumbs up, and heart eyes.
  • Live captions: Attendees can view live captions of your presentation in their preferred language.
  • Live transcript: Attendees can view a transcript of your presentation in real-time.
  • Live Q&A: Attendees can ask questions during your presentation, and you can answer them in real-time.
  • Polls: You can create polls during your presentation to gather feedback from your audience.

To use PowerPoint Live attendee features, follow these steps:

  • Attendees can even personally move forwards and backwards in the deck, this is useful if they want to see what is coming up

  • The presenter can turn off this feature if they prefer

       

  • Attendees can also personally put the slides into “high contrast mode” for improved accessibility. This only affects their view of the slides.
