When CO is created, customer’s order can be entered in the header in OIS100 panel G

If customer’s order number was entered in the header, it will also be default for CO line in OIS101/F.

Note: CO line is not updated automatically if this is changed in the header after CO line entry.

In theory, it’s even possible that CO lines have a different customer order number.

When the SSCC label is generated, it includes the Customer’s PO number as should be.

!! Additional steps are needed if the customer’s order number must be changed if the SSCC label was generated previously!!

Go to the picking list and unpack.

Update customer’s PO# in CO line - OIS101/F.

In most cases, users will also update in order header accordingly, to avoid confusion or to ensure that M3 will use the correct order number if new CO lines will be added.

Note that the SSCC label picks it up from the CO line.

CLOSE ALL M3 PROGRAMS

After all M3 programs have been closed, open OIS300, go to the picking list and perform packing.

Now the SSCC label will have the correct customer PO # from the CO line.

Solution also works with different customer PO# in separate CO lines of one CO.
