In CO line entry, you may get the message “You are not authorized to start PDS600”.

Most likely, the configuration code in item master MMS001/G  = 2-Family item.

Probably you selected the wrong item number or the item set up was incorrect.

If the item set up was incorrect, you can contact IPRA to adjust as needed.

In this example IPRA adjusted the configuration code and informed Finance Dept to also check the product cost before it was used.
