 Please, can you tell me why I'm not able to move this bluesheet to live?

There are various reasons why you can’t move this MAINT item to LIVE.

  1. You copied the LIVE item to MAINT on 04/12/2022 using the Move to Maint button. (see attached confirmation mail)
  2. This workflow correctly created item 2932 in the MAINT library
  3. The MAINT document you should have worked with, has been deleted by Marcelino Bortolo from KN MAINT on 04/13/2022


  4. Then a new item was created in MAINT (copied from an old maint item that once had ID 2201) by Mariane Bortolo
    1. User did not wait for the “Set basic metadata” workflow until version 9.0 (which might have removed all modifications v2.0 to 8.0).


       
  5. So the reasons why you can’t move this item to maint are
    1. The MAINT item was deleted (Step 3)
    2. This document exists in LIVE with status "moved to MAINT" (step 1 & 2) 


    3. An invalid document was used in MAINT for this LIVE BS. (step 4)

 

The only solution is that I restore the deleted document and delete the invalid MAINT doc.

Then you'll have to make to required modifications again in MAINT and then you can MOVE to LIVE.
