The purpose of the report is to reflect quality control status to executives and presidents. It monitors the quality control tests. Specifically, it answers the following five KPIs: 

1. Percentage of received raw materials out of specification on QC test 
2. Name/RM number of raw material out of specification on QC test 
3. Percentage of received finished goods out of specification on QC test 
4. Name of finished goods out of specification on initial QC test 
5. Total analyses (tests) conducted 

Page 1 focuses on Raw Materials and answers the first two KPIs: 

1. Percentage of received raw materials out of specification on QC test

Page 2 focuses on Finished goods and answers the third and fourth KPI: 

1. Percentage of received finished goods out of specification on QC test 
2. Name of finished goods out of specification on initial QC test
