Originally, the COA would use when the testing was completed and the batch was released.  There has been a request to allow the option to set a specific date for revalidation.  The changes that were made to support this request are shown below.

The COA will have a line on it for the Revalidation Date if the Revalidation Date on COA field is checked.

If Revalidation Date on COA is checked but Revalidation Date is empty, the Revalidation Date printed on the COA will be the date that the batch was released.

If Revalidation Date on COA is checked and Revalidation Date has a date entered, the Revalidation Date printed on the COA will be the date that was added to the Revalidation Date field.

If Revalidation Date on COA is not checked, there will be no Revalidation Date printed on the COA.  If there is a date entered but the checkbox isn't checked, the Revalidation Date will still not be printed on the COA.

On the Historical Batches screen, only the date that would be shown as a Revalidation Date on the COA will be displayed.  If there is going to be a date on the COA, there will be a date in this field.  If the date was manually selected, it will show the selected date.  If there wasn't a date selected but the box was checked on a previous edit window, you will see the batch release date.  The example below had the checkbox checked on an edit screen and a manually selected date of 2022-06-09 and will result in the Revalidation Date line on the COA showing 2022-06-09.
