SOLUTION:

1. Look for the designated name of the printer that you will connect to print. The printer is tagged with a label to identify the printer. For example, SG_A_ADM4 is a printer located at the IPRA area.

2. Open your File Explorer.

3. In the Search Field, type \\sgkiwsus1\ and tne press the Enter key of your keyboard.

4. Select the printer that you will be connected to print, do a right-click on your mouse  and select Connect to add the printer.
