Issue: How to request access Outlook on Smartphone

Steps:

1) Open and fill-up the Mobile Device Approval form below:

2) Once the form is filled-up, click the SUBMIT button.

3) Await for the result of your request for Outlook on your Smartphone.

NOTE:

The Mobile Device Approval form is also available via SharePoint > IT Service Catalog > Submit A Request > Click Mobile Outlook Approval icon.
