Scenario: 


You have just upgraded to a new phone and is requesting Outlook access for the new phone. Previously, you have an Outlook access on your earlier or older phone.


Solution:


1) On your Web Browser, go to the IT Catalog Service Catalog. Link: https://keminind.sharepoint.com/sites/ServiceCatalog/SitePages/request.aspx


2) Look for the Outlook on your smartphone section and click Microsoft Outlook Approval icon to apply for Outlook access on your new smartphone.


3) Fill up the form and then click the Submit button.


4) Your submitted request will then go to your Manager for his approval. Once the request is approved, a new Service Request ticket will then be created & our Helpdesk will notify you once the Service Request is completed.
