The top-row function keys are a set of keys located at the top of your keyboard, above the number keys. They are labeled F1, F2, F3, and so on, and they are designed to perform specific functions when pressed in combination with the Fn key.

Step 1 : Launch Lenovo Commercial Vantage
Step 2 : Navigate to Devices --> Input & Accessories
Step 3 : Scroll down until you find Keyboard top-row function
Step 4 : Select the fucntion of the top-row function you want.
Step 5 : Close Lenovo Commercial Vantage application after you have select the function you prefer.
