Issue:

Email attachments not received by the email recipients.

Background:

A local user sent an email with attachments to multiple users in Kemin but the attachments were not received by the recipients.

Findings:

Microsoft tagged the attached attachments as security threat due to suspected security-threat URL links found in the files and hence the attached files were blocked.

Solutions:

1) Remove any references to the suspected URL in the files before attaching the files and sending the email.

2) Alternatively, send the files instead via Wetransfer (https://wetransfer.com/) & password protect the files before sending the files.
