Issue: QC user reported unable to change item status from status 3 to status 2 after they fully rejected the raw materials in a PO. QC user would like to partially pass again the raw material that has been fully rejected. 

Solution: We can't reclassify the item status anymore. We will need to complete the PO claim process(PPS390) to kick out the inventory and then receive in the inventory required, this can be done via the subline created in the original PO.
