ISSUE: Label printing jobs get stuck in Spooled status and we need to get the other queued jobs resumed.

SOLUTION:

1. Select the printing job/s that are clogging the queue and click Pause job. The other queued jobs should get printed; please check with users that print outs are coming through.

2. Resume the paused jobs.

3. If printing job still fails, open the job, get the label and user details, then send screenshots to the user and if needed, include the IPRA Prisym designer/user for the region/BU.

4. Delete job so it does not delay the queue again. 

Here is an example of print job that got stuck in Spooled status and had to be deleted.

The IPRA label designer had to change the text settings for block Text 4.
