Step 1 – Quit the current instance of the Microsoft Teams app.

Step 2 – Closing the  MS Teams Teams minimizes it to the Taskbar corner overflow area. So, tap that button once to see all the icons there.

Step 3 – The  Microsoft Teams Teams logo will be there. Right-click that and “Quit” to quit the Teams app.

Step 4 – Now, hold down the Windows and the R keys, briefly.

Step 5 – Later, paste this address into the box and hit Enter.

Step 6 – Teams stores the local cache on your computer here.

Step 7 – So, select all the files and folders you find there. Hit the Delete key from your keyboard and empty the entire folder.

Now, you must re-open the  MS Teams Teams and test. The next time you launch Teams, it will automatically build a new profile.
