Typically transferring records is handled by the BU's Nexa Admin. If the Admin is not able to do the transfer and they require assistance from IT, then they MUST prove the following in an Excel file: 


  • List of all of the records to be transferred including the record ID
    • To add the ID, use the column chooser in the index and check the box next to ID. If the ID is not provided then the transfer cannot be performed.
  • The FULL name (first and last) of the Nexa user that the records are being transferred to
    • If possible, also include the ID of the user or a link to the user's profile
