In Nexa, a Project will be considered as 'Past Start of Sales' if the Expected Start of Sales Date is in the past AND the Project is in phases 1-4 (Prospecting, Discovering, Crafting a Solution, Winning).

You can find the Current Phase of the Project by opening the Project record and you will see the Current Phase is indicated with a white check mark in the circle that corresponds with the phase. Nexa does NOT use the phase date to determine current phase.

You can find the Expected Start of Sales date of a Project by opening the Project record and scrolling down to the 'Estimated Sales' section

If you believe that a Project is incorrectly flagged for the start date being in the past, be sure to check that the check mark is in the correct phase.

For example:

This Project has been flagged because the Expected start of Sales Date is in the past and the Project's current phase is Prospecting, indicated by the white check mark. Even though there is a date under Developing the Account (phase 5), the date does not indicate the current phase.

If a Project is flagged as for the start date being in the past, the Main Responsible will need to either change the Expected Start of Sales Date to a future date. OR the Main Responsible will need to update the current Phase to a phase that is not 1-4 (Prospecting, Discovering, Crafting a Solution, Winning) by clicking on the circle for the phase.
