Label templates are made with Bartender software.  The template is loaded onto the LabVantage server.

As users manually or automatically generate labels, there can be times when there is an error in printing or labels need to be reprinted again.

This is a way to look at what has been printed and to regenerate labels.

Accessing Label Events

1.  Access the Label Events option on the Reports tram line on the LIMS menu

2.  Once open, you will see a list of label events listed

3.  Selecting an event link will show a popup window.

4.  Within the window, there are 4 tabs showing the details of the label event

     a.  Label Event-Generated - General information about the event

     b.  Label - Details about the label fields and data.

     c.  Label Method - The SQL statement used to generate the data for the labels

     d.  Printer - What printer was used to print the label

Verify Label Event

If a label event is marked and the Verify button is selected, it will update the status to 'Verified'.  It doesn't do anything else and serves no other purpose.

Regenerate Label

If labels need to be reprinted, then the Regenerate Label button can be used.

When you want to reprint labels, you will get a confirm message popup.  You maybe prompted to sign off on the reprint.
