Report templates are made with Japsersoft Studio software.  The template is loaded onto the LabVantage server.

As users manually or automatically generate reports, there can be times when there is an error printing of reports and need to be reprinted again.

This is a way to look at what has been printed and to regenerate reports.

Accessing Report Events

1.  Access the Report Events option on the Reports tram line on the LIMS menu

2.  Once open, you will see a list of report events listed

View Report directly

1.  Select the PDF icon on the report event

2.  A separate tab will open with the report in it.

3.  When finished, the tab can be closed.

4.  Repeat process to view additional report events.

Reprint a report

1.  Mark a report to reprint

2.  Select the ReGenerate Report button
