ISSUE:

How to confirm if a PC persistently  shutdown and restart is due to a PC motherboard issue


FIX:

1. Open Event Viewer:

- Press Win + R to open the Run dialog and Type eventvwr.msc and press Enter.


2. Navigate to System Logs:

- In the left pane, expand Windows Logs and click on System.

- Filter for Relevant Events:

- In the right pane, click on Filter Current Log.


3. In the filter window, enter the following Event IDs to look for overheating-related events:

- 41: Indicates the system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first, often due to power loss or overheating.

- 6008: Indicates an unexpected shutdown, which can be caused by overheating.
