Issue:

There was an issue with the allocation for item number 016697-21-TR, lot number 2412103602 (Order Number: 0100006719). It was not possible to allocate the item.

Order is still in status 22

Solution:

The problem likely occurred during data migration, causing the item to get stuck. After verifying that the item was approved and that location TR1 is an allocatable location, I followed these steps:

1. Reclassified the item in MWS068.

2. Selected the calculation method "1 - Change Status location level".

3. Added a transaction reason.

4. Marked the item as allocatable.

After completing these steps, it was possible to allocate the item.
