This article describes how to identify customer orders for samples or free-of-charge orders in the global sales file.

For sample orders, you want to use a filter on column [Customer order type name] and select all records containing the word 'Sample'.

As alternative, you can also apply a filter on column [Customer order type] and select all records beginning with a 'S' but you'll need to exclude the order type 'SOR-RUS' as it corresponds to a normal sales order.

For free-of-charge orders you can apply a filter on column [Customer order type name] and select all records containing the word 'FOC'.

As alternative, you can also apply a filter on column [Customer order type] and select all records beginning with a 'F'.
