Login into ess.barracudanetworks.com, with your M account, and choose Cloud to cloud” backup

 Into the “protect” tab you will found the different types of backup: Exchange \ One Drive \ Sharepoint \ Teams:

Look for the name of former employee, or what you are looking for,

Note that in this case the folder is inside anther user mailbox, where has been uploaded a while ago.

If you are not finding what you are looking for just go back in time at the leaving employee leaving date,

Into below example you can find both single mails and full employee mail folder:

After selected the folder choose “Export”, export will start.

Browse to Report session:

When export is ready you’ll find the option to download it
