Welcome to the Nexa App support guide. If you're experiencing issues with the app, this document provides quick solutions to the most common problems reported by users.

📱 1. Installing the Nexa App

Issue: Unable to install the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Steps to Resolve:

  • Ensure your device meets the minimum OS requirements:
    • iOS: Version 18.5 or later
    • Android: API Version 21 -  Android Version 5 (Lollipop)
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Restart your device.
  • Try installing the app again from:
    • App Store – Kemin CRM
    • Google Play Store – Kemin CRM
  • If the issue persists, ensure you have enough storage space available.

🔄 2. Restarting the Nexa App

Issue: The app is frozen or not responding.

Steps to Resolve:

  • iOS:
    1. Swipe up from the bottom (or double-tap Home button) to access app switcher.
    2. Swipe up on the Nexa app to close it.
    3. Reopen the app from the home screen.
  • Android:
    1. Tap the Recent Apps button.
    2. Swipe the Nexa app left or right to close it.
    3. Reopen the app from your app drawer.

🧹 3. Clearing the Nexa App Cache

Issue: The app is slow or behaving unexpectedly.

Steps to Resolve:

  • Android Only:
    1. Go to Settings > Apps > Kemin CRM
    2. Tap Storage & cache
    3. Tap Clear Cache
  • iOS:
     iOS does not allow direct cache clearing. To refresh the app:
    • Restart the app (see above) or uninstall and reinstall the app.

🗑️ 4. Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Nexa App

Issue: Persistent bugs or app corruption.

Steps to Uninstall:

  • iOS:
    Tap and hold the Nexa app icon > Tap Remove App > Confirm Delete App
  • Android:
    Tap and hold the Nexa app icon > Tap Uninstall > Confirm

Reinstallation:

  • Go to your app store and reinstall the Nexa app.
  • Log in using your organization’s SSO credentials.

📞 5. Joining Microsoft Teams Meetings via Nexa

Issue: Cannot join Teams meeting directly from Nexa.

Explanation & Solution:

  • The Microsoft Teams app must be installed on your device for seamless meeting access.
  • If Teams is not installed, Nexa will open the meeting in your mobile browser.
  • You will be required to log in using your SSO credentials to join the meeting.

Recommendation:

  • For best performance and functionality, install the Microsoft Teams app on your device.

Tip: Always keep Nexa and your device’s operating system updated for the best experience.
